St. John’s, NL – Medical software developer MedicLINK Systems Ltd was
honoured with the Innovation Award at the 15th Annual St. John’s Board of
Trade Business Excellence Awards held at a ceremony in St. John’s, NL
The Innovation Award recognizes excellence in research and development of a
new product or service that has had a significant impact on the company and
is deemed to be groundbreaking in the recipient's industry. The St.
John’s-based company was recognized or the development and successful
deployment of its eye care professional management so tware,
Eyesistant. The software is sold to opticians and optometrists in Canada
and the United States.
MedicLINK’s Eyesistant software employs customer relationship
management, work low management, and businesses intelligence technologies
that enable eye care professionals to deliver better patient
care, experience greater productivity, and increase clinical revenues, among other things.
