Zyloware Releases Spring 2008 Via Spiga Eyewear

RELEASE IS SUPPORTED WITH A GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE OFFER

Long Island City, NY: Christopher Shyer, President, announced the February release of the Via Spiga Eyewear Spring 2008 collection. This year marks the sixth anniversary of the global brand’s eyewear line.

The Spring 2008 Via Spiga Eyewear Collection

Via Spiga Brena
Via Spiga Brena is a tailored frame that looks as good with a suit as it does with a pair of jeans. It is the ophthalmic sister of the hugely successful Via Spiga 407-S sunglass. It has a thick, flat profile stainless steel front with a slight wrap and gives the appearance of a plastic frame. The softened rectangle shape is bold, yet remains feminine. The metal front wears smoothly on-face–nylon cord mounting at the back eliminates rimlocks and makes the front seamless. Each temple has a genuine leather panel in a ‘fish skin’ grain. The temples are wide near the front and narrow toward the tip. The Via Spiga logo is tastefully positioned on the right temple, over the spring hinge area.

Colors: Black Sea (500) • Toffee (560)
Sizes: 51-15-135
Special Features: Flat, sculptural stainless steel front; Genuine leather on the temples; Logo on right temple; Spring hinges; Click-in Via Spiga logo nose pads
List Price: $69.95

Via Spiga Mindino
Via Spiga Mindino is an edgy interpretation of the ‘workwear’ frame–sexy, yet serious. An extended brow bar accentuates the curved rectangle shape. The frame is constructed of sheet cut stainless steel throughout, so it is wears light on-face. It has nylon rimless mounting at the back, which gives a completely seamless look. Wide endpieces and temples feature an airy cutout pattern–a strong trend in 2008. The organic pattern is feminine and resembles vintage lace. Color Black has a matte finish throughout; color Boysenberry has a shiny finish that brings out its rich burgundy color.

Colors: Black (500) • Boysenberry (900)
Sizes: 50-16-135
Special Features: Flat stainless steel; Lightweight; Cutout pattern along temple; Flexible temples; Click-in Via Spiga logo nosepads.
List Price: $59.95

Pisa

Via Spiga Pisa

Via Spiga Pisa

Via Spiga Pisa is a feminine twist on modern design. It has a floating lens front with a sultry oval shape and a slight wrap. The metal rim envelopes the nylon-mounted lens, framing the eyes. Wide temples are done in multi-laminate hand-crafted zyl. Sections of the zyl are carved out, exposing the contrasting zyl color underneath. The overall effect is retro modern geometric art.

Colors: Black Mist (520) • Almond (600)
Sizes: 52-17-135
Special Features: Floating lens design with nylon cord mounting; Wide, multi-laminate zyl temples; Click-in Via Spiga logo nosepads.
List Price: $69.95
