Ken Engelhart

VisionWeb has appointed two new key executives: Kenneth Engelhart, who joins the company as chief executive officer, and Thomas Loveless, new chief financial officer and vice president of business development. Englehart came to VisionWeb after nearly 17 years with Essilor of America, where he was most recently a senior executive in the Essilor Retail division; he also spent eight years with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care’s Vistakon division. Loveless joined VisionWeb from Hoya Vision Care North America, where he served for the past 2 1/2 years as chief financial officer. Engelhart and Loveless have taken over responsibilities previously held by Mike O’Malley, VisionWeb’s former COO and CFO/vice president of business development.

Western Optical Supply

Juan J. Alcazar

Western Optical Supply appointed Juan Jose Alcazar as account manager for all of Latin America. Mr. Alcazar comes to Western Optical after years of export management of optical accessories in Mexico. His responsibilities are to expand the distributor network and direct to chain store sales throughout Central and South America.

Charmant Group

Nobu Ishizuka

The Charmant Group has appointed Nobu Ishizuka as General Manager of its high-end luxury house brand, Christian Roth. As General Manager, his responsibilities will include business planning, global sales, marketing and production for the brand. Ishizuka will work directly with the designers Christian Roth and Eric Domege. He previously held sales management positions with Celine Japan, Escada Japan and Hugo Boss Japan.

GE Healthcare

Pamela Corridor

GE Healthcare Financial Services has promoted Pamela Corridor to Vice President, Eyecare Segment Leader for its Vendor & Practice Solutions business. In this role, she will oversee a team of recently appointed dedicated eye care financing experts focused on delivering vendor program financing and specialized financing products to eye care professionals. Corridor began her career with GE Healthcare Financial Services in 2007 as Relationship Manager in the eye care and dental industries serving multiple vendor program partners. She has 20 years experience in financial services, the last 10 being focused in various aspects of the healthcare industry. Prior to joining GE, she spent 4 years at Wells Fargo Financial Leasing where she was Vice President of Business Development for the healthcare segment.
