Seiko Optical Products Internal Free-Form Lenses
Now Available in Trivex® Clear and Polarized Polycarbonate

Seiko Optical Products of America, the global leader in Internal Free-Form technology, is pleased to announce the addition of Trivex® clear and polarized polycarbonate gray and brown lens materials for its Succeed, Succeed WS, Perfas Prime and Premier, and the newly introduced Supercede and Supercede WS lens designs.

Michal J. Rybacki, Seiko Optical’s Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing stated, “Our free-form lens family offers the most versatile progressive lens products available. Our numerous patented 100% back surface designs are leading the way in the digitally surfaced lens category, and the addition of Trivex and polarized polycarbonate gives ECPs an even larger assortment of material and treatment options.”

Both materials have a product range from +5.00 to -7.00. All Seiko-Pentax 100% back-surface designs are currently available clear in 1.67, 1.60, 1.59 (polycarbonate) and 1.50 indexes; Transitions VI gray and brown lenses in 1.67, 1.59 and 1.50; and polarized gray and brown in 1.67 and 1.50 indexes. Seiko/Pentax Internal Free-Form lenses are also compatible with high-quality anti-reflective coatings.

Mr. Rybacki concluded, “Seiko Optical Product’s Internal Free-Form lenses are changing the way ECPs dispense progressive lenses. The addition of Trivex clear and polarized polycarbonate gives ECPs even more flexibility to meet their patient’s exact visual needs.”
